 This job was to frame two walls inside a shop/studio.

Here is the wall completed.  The home owner is doing the finish work.

 Here is the area where the home owner wanted the wall.  There was a couple obstacles such as venting, old cement, and alignment bracing that was needed, but it turned out great.

Here is the wall completed and ready for the homeowner to finish it off.
